SUMMER CAMP ESSENTIALS: Scouts will need a footlocker and customizable combination lock. A camp chair is also recommended. It is a good idea to purchase these things as soon as possible. Don't wait until the week before, these items become scarce since all scouts are then preparing for camp. The brands and styles are your choice. Scoutmaster has the Plano Storage Locker from Academy, it's $29.99. A collapsible camp chair will also save space. 😉 We have also discovered microfiber compact camp towels take up less space and dry faster (you will probably want 3).

PRO ADVICE: Camp Chair

PRO ADVICE: Pack in zip top plastic bags to keep clothes dry. Great for wet swimwear and dirty clothes, too.
