What is PLC Meeting?

The PLC meeting is a meeting of Senior Leadership and the Scoutmaster to plan for upcoming events and meetings. Attendees include the Senior Patrol Leader, Assistant Senior Patrol Leaders, Patrol Leaders, Troop Guide, Scribe, and any adult Committee Members necessary for upcoming events. 

During the meeting all members should be taking notes. The scribe should be taking notes to share with the rest of the troop about what was discussed and upcoming events. 

Patrol Leaders should make notes about what meeting they are planning and be prepared to submit their meeting plans on the google classroom by the due date.

The Scoutmaster and Committee members role in the PLC is to guide discussion and provide any support necessary for the PLC to succeed.
